Hill, District Attorney for Dallas County, said, "The goal is
to mobilize the faith community to work in partnership with law enforcement
and other victim service organizations in the delivery of appropriate
services."

Chief Terrell Bolton, whose department refers crime victims to the
program, said "When you talk about victims, many times they are
forgotten in the process of trying to apprehend and prosecute those
who commit the crimes."
